Hubby's mom standing next to her new cabinets. She is so happy!

We have been very busy around here as usual. My oldest has the lead role in "Our Town" which we are excited about. The show is May 29. I will post some pics of course. Prom is May 10th and graduation is June 8th. So many events coming up. Then we leave for our cruise June 14th. I am very stoked about that!!

Many of you may recall we had a foreign exchange student last summer from France. Her name is Eva. Well, we have been keeping in touch since and she called the other day and asked if she could come back and visit us again this summer. We told her of course!! She is coming in July for 3 weeks and we are extremely excited about that. She is flying in from Guadaloupe, a French west indies island that her and her family have been living on since last August. She is originally from Toulouse France. She is not going through the exchange program this time. It's great that she wants to come see us again. We are invited to come down and spend the holidays with them this December. I really hope we can afford to go.

Hubby and I went to see Wicked a couple of weekends ago. It was one of my Christmas presents. I loved it. The book was better, but I still enjoyed it very much. It was my first Broadway musical, so that was exciting.

Well, I'm off to catch up on some blogs. Sorry for my absence, btw. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

The cabinets do look very good. Isn't it amazing how a bit of work can make something like that look totally different, without spending the money to replace everything?

Your schedule sounds very busy. You need to retire before too long in order to keep up with everything. Our snow is gone, I hope until next winter at least, and we are getting ready to head off on a short RV trip Sunday. If all goes according to plan we will spend the next week & a half on the eastern side of the mountains where it SHOULD be warmer and dryer than here on our wet side. More on that later, after we find out if it does happen that way!

The hard work paid off, it looks great.

I can't believe our babies are growing up....just a few short weeks now.
